DATA COLLECTION

MWCS engineers are experienced users of industry applications such as Rockwell’s RSSQL and Wonderware’s INSQL. These versatile packages are capable of simple data logging to complex process architectures, offering two way data between the business software and plant floor. We use our own data logging applications that can be customised to suit clients needs. These generally capture data via DDE or OPC into SQL-Server or Microsoft Access databases. All software and databases designs are written with the objective of easy development, maintenance and support. All database systems we produce are compatible with Windows and are easily expandable.

REPORTING

After an application is created they usually produce a large amount of data. Reading through this data would be very time consuming so it is important that reports containing relevant information are made. MWCS produce reports to minimise the mountain of data into the critical information that can be easily analysed. We also provide advice and guidance for business data and can produce specialised reports for certain areas if they are needed. If necessary we can create place these reports in an application or website to create an easy and effective interface to the data. The information from these reports allows our clients to analyse their process/production performance, make improvements on plant efficiency, enabling maximum output and efficiency in the plant.
